This place is an absolute gem! It's located in a peaceful and well-kept garden just a short walk away from the lake and restaurants. The staff, especially the brothers who run it, are incredibly helpful and even offered us a ride to our next destination. The lodges are great value for money and there's a communal kitchen for guests to use. The restaurants nearby are delicious and much cheaper than those by the lake. The lodges are clean and comfortable, and we could have stayed here for much longer. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a cozy and authentic experience.

I recently stayed at Gurkha Lodge for a week while writing. The chalet type rooms were clean and comfortable with private bathrooms. The brothers who own the place were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the quiet location, just a short walk from the lake. The breakfast delivered to my little patio every morning was a nice touch. The hot water readily available for tea or coffee was greatly appreciated. a great experience with excellent service.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The guestrooms at Gurkha Lodge are incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for a weary business traveler like me. The 24-hour room service and pillow menus are a nice touch, and the separate sitting areas are great for relaxing after a long day.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the double room to be a bit lacking. But hey, some people might actually enjoy the ambient noise from outside.

Our stay at Gurkha Lodge was absolutely wonderful! The owner, Gopi dhai, made sure we felt like family and was always there to assist with our needs. The grounds were beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms were cozy and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Gopi dhai even prepared delicious breakfast for us. The location was a short stroll away from a quieter part of the lake and park, and the surrounding budget restaurants served amazing local food. our experience was excellent and we will definitely be back!

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the area. It's just a short walk away from the main attractions and restaurants, making it really convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay.- The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience and even offered us a ride to our next destination at a reasonable price.
The bathroom in our room could have been better. It was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel and could use some improvement.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and have a good table for laptop use. The wifi is super and the shower is jaw-droppingly hot. There's a lovely terrace with a view to a beautiful garden, perfect for reading a book. The lodge is peaceful and the staff, three polite brothers, are very helpful. It's a short walk to the lakeside.

I had a fantastic stay at Gurkha Lodge in Pokhara. the lodge is located just a short walk away from the lake and restaurants, in a peaceful and well-maintained garden. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and warm blankets. the bathroom had hot water at all times. the Wi-Fi was decent, considering the communication services in the country. I loved having my own terrace where I could enjoy breakfast or simply relax. the owners, Keran and Goppi, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
